Wigan & Leigh Pensioners Link have launched
its new and innovative project
Pensioners Community Link
Six Mini-Links (one-stop shops) will be established in local venues
throughout the Wigan Borough offering
- Information and advice on issues affecting the over 50s
- Person-centred counselling and group training
- Social/health/education activities.
- Advocacy
- Volunteering opportunities.
Our Mini-Links are situated at the following venues;
Ingleside Sheltered Accommodation, Upper George Street, Tyldesley.
Tuesdays 10.00am - 12 noon. Activities on the last Tuesday of the month.
Eliot Gardens Sheltered Accommodation, Eliot Drive, Worsley Mesnes.
Tuesdays 1.30pm - 3.30pm. Activities on the last Tuesday of the month.
Ince Community Centre, Manchester Road, Ince.
Wednesdays 2.00pm - 4.00pm. Activities on the last Wednesday of the month.
St. Mary's Church Hall, Newton Road, Lowton.
Thursdays 10.00am - 12 noon. Activities on the last Thursday of the month.
