Welcome Home Bag

We provide a bag of essential food and personal care items for people over 50 following a change in their lives - this could be a discharge from hospital or if someone is experiencing unexpected challenges.  The bags are usually provided following a referral from a partner organisation.

 

The bags are supplied free of charge.
